Victor Rojas

Victor Ruben Rojas is an experienced litigator with a broad practice focused on complex civil litigation, business representation, real estate, and criminal defense matters. He routinely represents clients in matters involving breach of contract, business disputes, and partnership and LLC conflicts, with a particular emphasis on high-stakes and contested litigation. In addition to his civil practice, Victor represents clients in criminal proceedings, including serious felony matters.

Victor brings a distinctive international perspective to his practice. He serves as General Counsel for multiple multi-million-dollar companies in the real estate development and manufacturing sectors in Chihuahua, Mexico, and Northwest Arkansas. In those roles, he oversees legal strategy, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and operational decision-making, gaining firsthand insight into how legal strategy directly impacts business performance and growth.

After returning to the United States, he co-founded the firm with Paul Smith in January 2024. Since its founding, the practice has grown into a litigation-focused firm representing individuals and businesses in complex disputes throughout Northwest Arkansas.

A native of Northwest Arkansas, Victor is a first-generation American who grew up in Elkins, Arkansas, and maintains a strong connection to the community he now serves.  Victor is married to Pamela Rojas, and they have a son.
